Rep Sports? How much is too much?

It doesn’t have to be too much, as long as we are teaching our kids about self care.  A lot of rep sports have our little athletes training over 20 hours per week!  This kind of training can take its toll on our superstars.  Regular Massage Therapy to flush out the lactic acid, and proper stretching guidance is a great recipe to keeping the body healthy through its growing years!
